Terms and Conditions for our Laundry Service

We will not be held liable for any washing  disposed of that has been left here for 1 month

Wash, Dry and Fold (service wash)
    • Blue tickets must be present to collect washing. We are unable to give out washing without the ticket present. If you have lost your ticket, we will take all the relevant information needed and if it is not distinguishable from others you must wait until all other customers have collected their washing from the day yours was due out. We understand that this can be frustrating but please note it is our priority that every customer gets their washing back, we will not risk giving out the wrong washing.

    • Please ensure all washing is brought down to us in a bag. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept any washing that is not in a bag. For multiple washes (e.g. whites and darks) please make sure washing is pre separated. We will not be able to separate washing on site.

    • Please ensure all washing is suitable for a high spin machine wash and gas tumble dry. We are not liable for damaged caused to items that are not suitable for this laundry process (e.g. items that are dry clean only or items that cannot be tumble dried)

    • Please note that we do not check bags before laundering and therefore are not responsible for items that can cause damage to our machines that are left in pockets (e.g. pens, screws, chewing gum etc…) We also can not guarantee that items left in pockets (e.g. phones, wallets, electrical devices etc…) will not be damaged either.

    • We add a scoop of Vanish stain remover into each load. We do highly recommend that any stains are pre treated before you bring items into us. Our machines are only 45 mins long, which is a lot shorter compared with domestic machines, and we cannot guarantee to remove any stains, even common everyday ones. We would not be able to reimburse washing returned with stains. Please bring any stained items to our attention on drop off so we can give them the best chance of coming out.

    • We cannot be held liable for any lost laundry. We have no way of verifying that we received any specific item of laundry in the first place, but please be assured we wash, dry and fold your washing separately from other customers. We have a process that we follow to ensure no washing is left behind after each step we complete. If you do believe you are missing an item please contact us within 24 hours.

    • We take payment for all single large items, such as duvets, sleeping bags, throws etc…upfront. We would not be able to take in any item of these items that have not be paid for in advance.

    • Please note that synthetic pillows can go out of shape during the washing process. We will try our best to fix any pillows that do go out of shape but cannot guarantee any success.

    • We can offer a same day service wash (wash, dry and fold) if washing is brought down before 12pm and we have the availability.

    • We are unable to store washing for longer than 1 week.

    • Any washing left with us for 4 weeks will be donated to charity, even washing paid for in advance, as we have to assume it has been abandoned. We are not liable for refunding/replacing washing disposed of this way. If you are late in collecting your washing please give us a ring to avoid this outcome.

    • We do add storage charges to items collected late. Items left longer than stated on drop off can take up much needed space. It is constantly getting moved around to accommodate other washing getting collected and can become an inconvenience . We do charge  £1 per bag, per day for washing collected later than stated.

    • Please ensure any towels/non ironing items are brought in separately from the bedding. We will not be able to separate washing on site. There will be additional charges for any non ironing item left with the ironing. Any bedding in with the towels will not be ironed.

    • Please ensure all washing is suitable for a high spin machine wash, gas tumble dry and roller iron. We are not liable for damaged caused to items that are not suitable for this laundry process (e.g. protectors that cannot be tumble dried, large buttons etc…)

    • We can offer a 2 working day turnaround for ironing if brought in before 2pm and we have the availability (it is a first come, first serve basis). After 2 pm this extends to a 3 working day turnaround.

    • We are unable to store washing for longer than 1 week.
